機能性織物應用於警察制服襯衣之研究

A Study of Functional Fabrics Applied in Police Uniform Shirts

摘要


本研究以現行警察襯衣布料1種及100%聚酯纖維材質組合另3種具機能性布料,徵選20名現職外勤員警為受訪者,依個別體型尺寸量身訂做襯衣,每種材質製作襯衣1件,透過實際穿著體驗,瞭解實驗布料機能特性綜合評價。研究結果發現:100%聚酯纖維材質組合的代號A、B、C布,較現行警察襯衣T/C(代號D)布,具有較佳的吸濕速乾能力。在活動性上,具經、緯向彈性的C布,感受優於僅具緯向彈性的B布;吸濕速乾、抗皺性、活動性、透氣性等綜合性評價,C布均優於其他布料。另外,檢測數據中顯示D布的抗皺等級及透氣性均高於A、B、C布,但受訪者評價結果,D布卻是敬陪末座。本研究發現,員警穿著意識與態度的轉變,以及透過重視使用者經驗與整體評價,才得以更全面性的理解產品設計的優劣。

This study adopted one fabric that currently used for the police shirts, and 100% polyester fiber material, and 3 other functional fabrics; in addition, it recruited 20 in-service field police officers as the interviewees, and customized shirts according to their own body shape and size, one material for one shirt . Then, through the actual experience in wearing these shirts, the comprehensive evaluation of functional properties for these testing fabrics. The research results indicated the combination of 100% polyester fiber materials, codes A, B and C fabrics, have better moisture-absorbing and quick-drying ability than the current using T/C (code: D) fabrics for police shirts. In terms of activity and mobility, C fabrics with longitudinal and latitudinal elasticity has a better feel than B fabrics with latitudinal elasticity. For the comprehensive evaluation, such as moisture-absorbing and quick-drying, wrinkle-free, activity, air permeability, C fabrics is better than other fabrics. In addition, the testing data showed that D fabrics has a better wrinkle-free level and air permeability than A, B and C fabrics; however, the interviewees' evaluation results indicated that D fabrics is the worst one. This study discovered that there were changes in police officers' wearing awareness and attitude, and through the emphases they put on users' experiences and overall evaluation, a complete understanding of the pros and cons for product design could be obtained.
