幅寬與覆蓋率對Lycra梭織彈性布料之彈性、滯留伸度與水洗縮率之研究

摘要

本文針對某特定平織彈性布之筘幅、胚幅與其覆蓋係數對成品布之彈性、滯留伸度與水洗縮率作一研究。結果顯示，總頭份為6648 條，筘幅宜控制在143.6~146.8cm 時，胚布幅寬自然收縮後在130.6~133.0cm 左右，經染色整理加工後， 成品布之幅寬則可自然收縮在109~114cm 範圍；機上覆蓋率則控制在67.1~67.8% 時，胚布覆蓋率自然收縮後可增加至71.2~71.5% 左右，經染色整理加工後，成品布之覆蓋率則可自然收縮至78.6~79.4%，如此成品布則可達到市售彈性布之彈性20% 以上、滯留伸度6% 以下與水洗縮率3% 以下之品級要求標準。

This research examines the influences of reed width, grey width and fractional cover on the stretch, growth and washing shrinkage of fixed plain weave woven stretch fabrics. The results indicted that the total ends 6648 controlled, the reed width was controlled between 143.6 cm and 146.8 cm, the grey width shrunk naturally between 130.6 cm and 133.0 cm, and also the finished width shrunk naturally between 109 cm and 114 cm by dyeing and finishing process. When the reed fractional cover being controlled between 67.1% and 67.8%, the fractional cover of grey shrunk naturally and increases to 71.2%~ 71.5%, and also the fractional cover of finished fabric shrunk naturally and increases to 78.6% ~79.4% by dyeing and finishing process. As a result, the finished fabrics can reach the standards of market demand, the stretch is up to 20%, the growth and washing shrinkage of finished fabric are less than 6% and 3% respectively.
