高效蓄熱保溫織物之研究

Study on High Efficiency Heat Accumulation and Thermal Insulation Fabrics

摘要


此研究是將吸光發熱粒子吸附於微多孔材料中,藉由吸光粒子吸光發熱的特性將近紅外光轉化為熱能,再藉由微多孔的蓄熱性質將熱能保存達到高效保溫的特性。實驗結果發現藉由吸光粒子搭配微多孔碳材所做出來的蓄熱聚酯纖維,可有效提升纖維織物的蓄熱效果。

In this study, the micro-porous carbon material is a carrier, the light-absorbing particle adhere to the micro-porous carbon material. The light-absorbing particles can absorb near-infrared, and conversed to heat energy. Then heat energy by the microporous carbon material heat accumulation properties to achieve High-performance thermal insulation. Investigate the textile added micro-porous carbon material and light-absorbing particles who effects the textile of thermal insulation and heataccumulation property. The experimental results showed that the light-absorbing particles with micro-porous carbon material made the polyester fiber, which can effectively enhance the thermal insulation property.
