The main objective of this research is to discuss whether The consumer background variables ,The life style of consumer and The perceived value of consumer having any influences on green textiles Purchasing Intention. This research has used questionnaires research, the content of the questionnaire including 3 sections, which are questions on Green textiles purchasing Intention, Life style and Perceived value .There are total of 335 people took part in this questionnaires research, there are 329 valid questionnaires, after the SPSS statistical analysis, the research results is described The consumer background variables, The lifestyle of consumer and The perceived value of consumer have obvious differences on green textiles purchasing Intention.
