摘要

本研究應用非結構式訪談法與野中郁次郎與竹內弘高提出之知識螺旋理論，將專業技術與知識進行系統化知識管理，讓業界寶貴之隱性知識轉化為圖、表與文字之顯性知識，彙整臺灣業界皮夾之專業術語與說明、開版數據規格與繪製皮夾各部位開版示意圖，提供有志於從事皮夾開版與製作之工作者學習，進而對學習皮夾開版技術者，以及未來研究提出具體可行建議。

In order to change the industry valuable tacit knowledge into charts, tables and text of explicit knowledge, the researcher use non-structured interview and the knowledge spiral theory proposed by Ikujiro Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi in this study to carry on the professional techniques and knowledge in systematic knowledge management. Besides, the researcher aggregated the wallet terminology, wallet pattern-making reference, and the explanation chart of wallet to provide people to learn who will be engaged in wallet pattern-making techniques. Moreover, one recommended direction for future research taken from the practical experience gained during course of this research were also given.
