不同紡紗方法對Nylon/Tencel混紡紗物性之研究

Study on the Effect of Different Spinning Methods on the Properties of Nylon/Tencel Spun yarn

摘要


本實驗針對Nylon/Tencel 短纖維,分別採用環錠紡、壓縮紡、渦流紡等成紗方式,進而探討不同紡紗方法對其紗線外觀型態及物性影響之分析。實驗結果顯示,在混紡紗強力部分,強力大小順序為壓縮紡紗>環錠紡>渦流紡;在混紡紗毛羽指數部分,毛羽指數改善程度順序為渦流紡紗>壓縮紡紗>環錠紗紡,在針織布品質上,抗起毬性程度,渦流紡可達4 級,透過本實驗建立基礎之實驗數據,以利後續開發紗線之參考依據。

We studied Nylon / Tencel staple fiber via the ring spinning, compact spinning and MVS spinning method to discuss the yarn appearance, structure and properties. The results show that the order of yarn strength is compact spinning> ring spinning> MVS spinning. And the order of improving the hairiness index is MVS spinning> compact spinning> ring yarn spinning. The anti-pilling index of knitting fabric is 4 via MVS spinning. This study is to establish the fundamental experiment data to facilitate the subsequent development of Nylon/Tencel blended yarn.
