Ossiculoplasty of Congenital Ossicular Anomaly by Transcanal Endoscopic Approach-Case Report
耳內視鏡手術重建先天性聽小骨鏈缺損－病例報告
摘要
Congenital ossicular chain anomalies are rarely encountered entities that presented with conductive hearing loss. They can be managed either with amplification, observation, or surgery. Surgical management in most patients can be successful in significantly ameliorating the varying degrees conductive hearing loss in these patients. Transcanal endoscopic ear surgery provides improved intraoperative visualization and is a justifiable method to effectively manage congenital ossicular pathology. We shared our experience and provided a clinical review of this rare disease.

先天性聽小骨鏈異常為罕見的疾病，通常在出生時即伴隨傳導性聽力障礙。處理上可選擇觀察、配戴助聽器或手術，手術治療對於多數病人能成功地改善不同程度的傳導性聽力障礙；耳內視鏡手術由於可提供更良好的手術視野，用來處理先天性聽小骨鍊病灶是一種合理的方式。我們提出此案例來分享治療的經驗以及針對此罕見案例提供文獻回顧。
