Identification of Botanical Origin in Chinese Medicinal Preparations by Nested PCR and DNA Sequencing Methods

應用巢式PCR與DNA定序方法鑑定中藥製劑中之藥材基原

摘要


在現代生活中,中藥製劑比中藥材更常被人們使用,但是要確知中藥製劑中的藥材成分是否正確卻不容易。DNA序列是常被用來鑑定物種,而巢式PCR則有專一性及靈敏性,利用二者的特點加以結合,巢式PCR與DNA定序方法被應用來鑑定製劑中的藥材基原。在這篇文章的內容中,將描述超過20種藥材,在製劑中的鑑定情形。

In modern life, Chinese medicinal preparations are more commonly used than raw materials. It is more difficult to accurately authenticate herb ingredients in the preparations. The DNA sequence is often used to identify flora and fauna species. Nested PCR has the specificity and the sensitivity. Nested PCR and DNA sequencing methods were applied to detect herb components and to identify the botanical origin in Chinese medicinal preparations. In this paper, the identification of over twenty herbs in Chinese medicinal preparations was described.
