臺灣地區地盤改良技術發展之回顧與展望

Ground Improvement Techniques in Taiwan-The Past and the Future

摘要


臺灣地區因地質多變,再加上地狹人稠,土地資源有限,因此面臨的軟弱地盤地工問題相當複雜。在此情況下,地盤改良工法已成為大地工程師處理困難地工問題時,不可或缺之的利器。事實上,過去三十幾年來,國內大地工程界對地盤改良之設計和施工,已從眾多的實際案例中累積了相當豐富的實務經驗。但在因地制宜的處理原則下,地盤改良工法之設計和施工有相當大的「多樣性」,因此為進行較有系統之資料整理,本文嘗試分別從簡易土壤改良法、灌漿工法、攪拌工法、預壓排水工法和振動夯實工法等五大地盤改良工法類別,來彙整較具代表性之本土工程案例資料,以了解臺灣地區地盤改良之發展沿革和經驗累積,可供日後地盤改良設計和施工之參考。

Due to the complexity of the geological conditions and the congested land use, the geotechnical problems in Taiwan are usually quite complicated. To deal with such complicated geotechnical conditions, ground improvement methods have become the indispensable tools for the geotechnical engineers to modify the engineering properties of soft clay and loose sand. In fact, the geotechnical engineers in Taiwan have gained a great deal of experience from the practice of ground improvement over the past 30 years. So far the ground improvement methods adopted in Taiwan have quite a variety. To let the contents of this paper be more systematic, the ground improvement techniques commonly used in Taiwan are grouped into five categories: the simple ground improvement method, grouting method, deep mixing method, preloading & drainage method, and vibration & compaction method. The case histories of each group are collected and analyzed to demonstrate the development and the prospects of the ground improvement techniques in Taiwan. The experience learned from the case histories will also be presented. This paper can be a valuable database for the design and construction of the ground improvement in Taiwan.
