摘要

此份個案報告為一個50歲女性罹患轉移性乳房惡性腫瘤合併局部淋巴轉移。病人的臨床表現、影像學檢查及病理組織切片檢驗後，初步懷疑是原發性乳癌，但經手術切除及比對過去病史與以往組織染色後，確認是轉移性腺癌。我們的假說是原發於直腸癌的轉移性癌細胞，先轉移至乳房，然後再依序轉移至局部腋下淋巴結。

We report a 50-year-old female who had metastatic adenocarcinoma of the breast which mimicked a primary breast cancer with regional lymph nodes metastases. The clinical presentation and histologic findings were similar to primary invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. We hypothesize that the origin was adenocarcinoma of the rectum which metastasized to the breast and then seeded in the ipsilateral axillary nodes.
