固定式肘關節測力機的設計與等速測力機之比較

The Design of the Static Elbow Joint Tensiometer and Compared with Isokinetic Dynamometer

摘要


肢體液生的力量與所在關節的角度有絕對的相關,要測量關節角度與力量的關係可用等速測力機來測量,但等速測力機過於昂貴與龐大,所以針對關節角度與力矩的測量設計一個簡易的關節測力機,設計一個以扭力計為主體,撘配角度計與其它組件組合而成的固定式肘關節測力機,製作完成之後,檢驗其信效度以確定固定式肘關節測力機是否可以代替等速測力機用於快速大量的測量上。先施加已知負荷的重量,分別以理論計算及電腦模擬的方式確定固定式肘關節測力機可以正確反應數值,然後反覆遞增遞減不同負荷,確定固定式肘關節測力機不會因負荷不同,而使力矩值產生偏差,之後以受試者10人在15天內以固定式肘關節測力機重複施測兩次,皮爾遜積差相關係數都在 .727以上,達顯著水準。最後與Kin-Com 125AP做相互比較,比較10位受試者在Kin-Com 125AP與固定式肘關節測力機所測得的相關係數,結果從-.567到.901,顯示兩者之間可能有所差別。

The joint torque is correlated with joint angle. The isokinetic dynamometers , (Cybex, Kin-Com etc.) could measure the relationship between joint angle and torque. Because the isokinetic dynamometers are too expensive and large, a portable, compact, less expense measurement device was designed to get the relationship between elbow angle and torque. The static elbow joint tensiometer is composed of several elements. The torque transducer (load cell) and goniometer are main parts. To assess the reliability and validity were the most important steps after manufactured the static elbow joint tensiometer. To measure the torque from static elbow joint tensiometer by using a known loading could obtain the reliability of the static elbow joint tensiometer. Correlation coefficient were used to determine the relationship between values obtained from the known loading, the elbow joint tensiometer and computer simulation. The correlation coefficient from the known loading and static elbow joint tensiometer was 0.999, as the same from the static elbow joint tensiometer and computer simulation. Applying different loading (0, 0.95, 1.3, 2.3, 3.6, 5.15, 7.45, 10.3 and 13.9kg) to obtain the linear regression of the static elbow joint tensiometer. The slope of the different loading was 0.31±0.0005 (mean ± S. D.). Ten healthy subjects (9 males and 1 females) were asked to perform elbow flexion by using static elbow joint tensiometer. Fifteen days following the pre-test, a post-test was administered using identical protocol. No significant difference was found between test-retest torque value. These results demonstrated that the static elbow joint tensiometer was reliable. At last, to compare the relationship between the static elbow joint tensiometer and the widely used Kin-Com 125AP. Ten healthy subjects (6 males and 4 females) were asked to perform elbow flexion at two dynamometers in the same day. The correlation coefficient between two dynamometers was –0.567 to 0.901. Because of the dissimilarities between values recorded with two types of dynamometers, caution should be taken when extrapolating data from one machine to the other.
