大專優秀男子排球隊教練應用替補之類型與時機分析研究

摘要

目的：本研究主在探討我國大專優秀男子排球隊教練在不同替補球員類型與不同替補時機之應用情形，並針對常用之替補時機加以探析其不同替補類型之應用情形。方法：本研究以98學年度大專排球運動聯賽男子組公開一級1-6名複決賽，前6名隊伍於比賽中各項球員替補類型與替補時機之應用情形作爲本研究之對象，將記錄資料以敘述性統計及單因子變異數分析法進行檢定。結果：替補發球與替補防守等類型的應用顯著多於替補攻擊與舉球；在小幅落後（落後5分內）與小幅領先（領先5分內）時，應用替補之情形明顯多於其他替補時機；在小幅領先時，替補發球類型的應用情形明顯多於替補攻擊與替補舉球，在小幅落後時，替補發球與替補防守等類型的應用情形明顯多於替補攻擊與替補舉球。結論：大專優秀男子排球隊教練於比賽中，以替補發球與替補防守作爲較常應用之替補類型考量，其中當球隊處於小幅落後及小幅領先時，亦是較常運用的替補時機考量。當球隊處於小幅落後之時，可考量運用接發球或防守較佳之球員替補上場，搭配場上之自由球員，共同補強隊中之防守，藉以將比分拉近甚至超前。

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the differences on elite coaches' substitute execution. Methods: Six level one male university volleyball teams were included in the present study and their semi-final games results of 2009 season were collected. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA were conducted on all of the game-related statistics. Results: Results showed that substitution frequency for service and defense section was higher than for attack and set one. When score was behind less than five points, coaches excused more substitutions than other time. When teams were leading less than five points, substitution for servicer was more welcome. When losing less than five points, more substitutions for defense and service were used. Conclusion: The purpose of substitution on service and defense was more frequent used on elite university volley coaches, especial during the tie game situation. When teams were leading less, the coach should consider to substitute players who were more excel at receive and defense, cooperated with the Libero to reverse and come from behind.
