知行工夫．本不可離－王陽明「知行合一」的意義治療

「意義治療」是由維克多．傅朗克先生所開創之心理學派。筆者以為王陽明之良知學所教之「知行合一」，除了與傅朗克意義治療學有互通融會之處外，對於身處於現代社會之吾人所面臨之種種負面問題，亦有起生命自覺療癒之用。是以本文之開展從「程朱理學『知先行後』與陽明『知行合一』之差別」開始論述；接著說明「陽明『知行合一』與傅朗克意義治療之會通在於吾人順著良知本心而去自覺吾人生命之意義。」；最後闡述「如何體現『知行合一』」。希冀以陽明義理開展其療癒之可能，並落實於現代社會中，使吾人之生命得以向上提昇，並臻於圓滿。
