The revised version of Note and Comments on Laozi has been sold over 100,000 copies so far and leaves a huge impact. However, there are some misunderstandings about the basic concepts in Laozi such as "Tao", "You" and "Wu", "Ke Ming" and "Bu Ke Ming". These misunderstandings are very common among other researchers of Laozi. This article provides with new opinions and discusses about them. The book written by Mr. Chen has many misunderstandings in words, phrases and sentences because it based on historical comments and reviews. The second part of this article gives correct interpretation with examples. For example, "Zai" in chapter ten, "Jiang " in chapter thirty-seven, "Wu Ji" in chapter thirty-nine, "Wang" in chapter forty-four, "Shi" in chapter fifty-one and etcetera. Hereby, I would like to discuss with Mr. Guying Chen and other researchers on Laozi.
