摘要

本文主要分析日本時代鹽水港地區的資本主義糖業生產與內部不均衡發展的關係。透過明治28年到昭和5年(1895-1930)鹽水港地區的農家收益分析，發現了地區內部存在著空間差距的現象，且其空間差距隨著時間有擴大的趨勢；並經由統計分析，鹽水港地區農家收益空間差距的擴大，與新式糖業農業部門的甘蔗生產過程呈現高度相關，也就是說，日本時代鹽水港地區不均衡發展的情形，與資本主義的糖業生產方式有關。

The article is analysing the relationship between the capitalist production of sugar industry and the uneven development of Yian-shui-gang Area during Japanese period. Pass the peasant family income analysis of the Yian-shui-gang Area from 1895 to 1930, having found its phenomenon with space difference, and its space difference has the tendency to expand as time. Via statistical analysis, the enlargement of the space difference of peasant family income in the Yian-shui-gang Area, it is highly relevant with the sugarcane production process in the agricultural sector of new-type sugar industry. That is to say, the uneven development of the Yian-shui-gang Area during Japanese period, relate to capitalist production of sugar industry.
