以新型冠狀病毒疫情為例探討健康識能概念

Explore the Concept of Health Literacy with the Example of COVID-19 Epidemic

摘要


衛福部在「2025衛生福利白皮書」中將強化健康傳播,增進國人健康識能列為推動方向,其工作目標是將健康資訊變簡單以消弭資訊造成的障礙,以及透過健康傳播讓民眾理解危險因子,尤其是結合資訊通信科技強化健康議題傳播,協助民眾由日常生活中提升全民健康識能、縮小健康落差。新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情,在2020年影響全球,成為最重大的健康議題,本文以新型冠狀病毒為論述背景,嚐試透過此健康議題來分析與討論健康識能的概念,以及台灣如何利用資通訊科技應用在民眾健康識能的提升。

Strengthening communication of health issues and promoting health literacy was the emphasis in the 'White Paper of Health and Welfare 2025' as the driving direction. The goal of this project includes simplify health information to help people understand the risk factors regarding health issues. Particularly combining information and communication technology to strengthen the circulation of health related issues, assisting the public in improving their health literary from their daily life, and narrowing the health gap. The outbreak of Coronavirus influences the globe since the end of 2019, and becomes the most concerned health issue in 2020. This article discusses the concept of health literacy using COVID-19 as discourse background, attempt to analyze and discuss the concept of health literacy through this health issue and the information and how Taiwan apply the information and communication technology to improve people's health literacy.
