摘要

三年前，台灣的心理學界掀起了一波「心理師」立法及證照化的風潮。作者在本文中提出了她的觀察、省思與批判。文章分成三個部分，第一個部分作者從她的角度提出了「證照化綁架了專業化」現象的觀察，第二個部分則對於「證照化」與「專業化」的宣稱效益，提出了發問與省思。最後則提醒此波心理師立法過程中有諸多權力傾軋下的「必要之惡」，目前這些「必要之惡」已製造出諸多的新問題影響著心理界相關社群及社會大眾，春水已被攪動，生態也已變化，被波動的人不得不面對接下來的新問題。

Three years until now, the wave of Psychologists' Act trend has been on its road. In this article, the author provides her observations, reflections, and critics on this event. There are three parts in this article. First, the author presented her view on this social event. Then several issues relate to licensurelization and professionnalization were raised, and critical reflections were followed. Finally, some remindings to the psychological society about those incoming problems in the near future were also discussed were also discussed.
