摘要

《應用心理研究》是1999年於台灣創刊的心理學類期刊，於2008年底屆滿10年。學術期刊是學術社群的媒體，由學術期刊的歷年發展脈絡中，或可窺得學術社群的發展樣貌。本文首先回顧《應用心理研究》10年的軌跡，而後以《應用心理研究》、《本土心理學研究》與《中華心理學刊》引文網絡的資料，分析台灣心理學門的發展脈絡，並採兩種方法來評估《應用心理研究》10年來的表現。最後，則討論中文期刊的評價標準與發展策略，包含：TSSCI作法之商榷、成長期與成熟期應採用不同評價方法與標準、以及中文期刊資料庫的發展策略。

Research in Applied Psychology is an academic journal which was founded in 1999, and has celebrated its first decade by the end of 2009. Academic journals are media among research communities, of which features can probably be seen through the development over the journals' publishing histories. This article will firstly review the path of one decade's development for Research in Applied Psychology. Then, bibilometrics and social network analysis methods will be introduced to analyze citation networks of Research in Applied Psychology, Indigenous Psychological Research in Chinese Societies and Chinese Journal of Psychology. Two methods were employed to evaluate the performance of Research in Applied Psychology over the past decade. Finally, the evaluation criteria and development strategy for Chinese journals will be evaluated, including discussions on TSSCI, different evaluation methods and standards shall be used in developing and developed stage, and also the strategy for Chinese journal database.
