摘要

本研究是以自我敘說方式，探討個人諮商理論的取向與型態形成之過程。研究發現作者的諮商型態受到許多因素的影響，包括了個人的成長經驗、專業訓練與臨床實務，而理論提供個人經驗的解讀與說服，也是重要因素。作者的諮商取向涵括存在主義／人本、女性主義／社會脈絡／家族治療、以及認知行為，而這三者也形塑其諮商型態。作者的生命經驗與後來喜愛的諮商理論、展現的諮商型態緊密相關，身處於大家族裡的歷史與互動，作者看見了父權社會、權力議題、以及性別的影響，以及文化價值觀與社會的力量，父母親的非典型性別與思維，讓作者看見自己的位置，也在早年有深湛的覺察與思考；諮商專業的訓練提供作者看見世界的另一扇窗口，與當事人的第一類接觸，可以在體驗不同生命路徑與遭遇的同時，更了解人性的美麗與自我的價值。

This study is an attempt to explore the process that shaped the author's personal counseling theories and approach. Utilizing self-narrative as data-collection, the author found that personal experiences, professional training, and clinical practice are the major factors that shape her counseling style. Also, theories provide convincing interpretations for personal experiences. The author's counseling approach includes an integration of existential/humanistic, feminist/social contextual/ familial, and cognitive-behavioral components. Having grown up in an extended family, the author reflects on patriarchal society, power issues, gender impact, cultural values, and social power. She reflects on her parents' untypical gender roles as well as her professional training, all of which contributed to her identity as a counselor.
