照顧一位腹部鈍傷患者之護理經驗
Nursing Experiences of Taking Care of a Patient with Blunt Abdominal Trauma
摘要
本文係描述照顧一位因車禍意外事故導致腹部鈍傷病患之護理經驗。照護期間主要運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估，以及採用觀察、一對一個案會談，發現個案有急性疼痛及組織完整性受損、焦慮、便秘等護理問題。筆者在護理過程中，除運用專業知識及技能，並提供合宜的個別護理措施，來協助個案緩解手術後引起之生理不適，且採持續性的關懷、傾聽，並以同理心鼓勵個案表達內心的感受，使其情緒能夠獲得適當宣洩；亦藉由護理人員及家人之關心與支持，使個案能減輕術後及住院期間之焦慮。經由護理此個案，深刻體會護理人員在照顧病患時，需適時給予整體性及個別性的護理指導，方能發揮護理的獨特功能，使病患能獲得更完善的照護。

This article aimed to describe the nursing experiences of taking care of a blunt abdominal trauma patient injured at a car accident. The main nursing measurement were Gordon's Functional Health Patterns, observation and interview. The results showed that the patient had some problems, such as acute pain, impaired tissue integrity, constipation change, and anxious state. During nursing care, I used professional knowledge and skills, proper nursing activity to help the patient alleviate any physical discomfort after surgery and sympathy with her feelings continuously. The patient felt released by receiving support from nursing staff and family during hospital. When taking care of patients, it is suggested that nursing staff should give global and individual nursing care which highlights the unique nursing function and the need to let patients receive more perfect care.
