提升手術室護理人員骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理完整性

手術病人照護作業上，護理人員的專業能力、完善的照護設備及提供完整的物料是影響手術能否順利進行的重要因素。現況分析後發現單位護理人員在執行骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理作業時，完整性僅59.4%，故引發專案小組改善動機。本專案目的為提升護理人員執行骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理作業完整性達92%。解決辦法：舉辦教育訓練、製作骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理作業照護手冊、執行跨科種子人員培訓計畫、規劃皮瓣手術物料用物標準化包、增設擺位照護設備。專案改善後，人員執行骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理作業完整性由59.4%提升至94.8%，已達專案目的，顯示本專案對手術室護理人員執行骨腫瘤切除併皮瓣手術護理作業完整性有正面意義。

The professionalism of nursing staff, the readiness of surgical tools and the completeness of medical supplies are the key factors to the smooth process in a surgical operation. Our recent analysis showed that nursing staff at bone tumor resection with flap reconstruction team only achieves 59.4% of the designated task, which leaves plenty room for improvement. The aim of this project was to improve the completion rate of perioperative nursing care on bone tumor resection with flap resection to 92%. Periodic in-service training, bone tumor resection with flap reconstruction nursing operation guide, inter-disciplinary leadership-training programs, adding bone resection with flap reconstruction standardized surgical packages, and operation room equipment like pressure relief pad improved intra-operative patient care were established for this project. The task completion rate of our bone tumor resection with flap reconstruction team has dramatically increased from 59.4% to 94.8% after applying the intervention, which exceeds our previous goal 92%. Thus, we conclude that our nursing staff do benefit from this project, and a smoother surgical process at bone tumor resection and flap reconstruction operation has been accomplished.
