摘要

背景與目的：在醫療過程中，有時候實施的醫療行為會引發爭議的產生，影響發生的因素很多，本研究以物理治療人員為研究樣本，探討物理治療人員發生醫療錯誤行為的相關因素。方法：本研究抽樣對象以臺灣地區、澎湖縣及金門縣的物理治療人員為主，共計發出558份問卷，有效問卷共計445份（有效問卷回收率為79.7%）。本研究問卷調查物理治療人員醫療錯誤行為的相關因素和探討物理治療人員醫療不良事件發生的比例。結果：本研究根據物理治療人員在病人因素、個人因素及組織因素的醫療錯誤行為相關因素排序，瞭解發生醫療錯誤的重要因素。研究結果發現「覺得工作帶給您很大的壓力」與「醫療糾紛」之間有顯著相關。不同醫院層級與醫院不良事件通報狀況之分析具顯著相關且復健科針對不良事件進行檢討與醫院層級之間具顯著相關。結論：本研究調查結果可提供醫院管理團隊與物理治療人員參考，給予改進與建議，減少醫療不良事件的發生，改善醫療品質。

Purpose: During the medical procedure, medical practices sometimes produce controversial results. There are many contributing factors. This study used data obtained from physical therapists to explore the factors related to the occurrence of medical errors by physical therapists. Methods: The study sample obtained mainly from Taiwan, Penghu and Kinmen County physical therapist was based on a total of 558 questionnaires sent and 445 responses were received (response rates: 79.7%). The physical therapy medical questionnaire investigated the factors that contributed to medical errors and investigate the frequency of adverse results. Results: Our study focused on the important factors that contributed to medical errors based on the patient factors, personal factors, and organizational factors. The results of the study found that there is a significant correlation between work stress and the medical dispute. Different levels of hospitals and hospital communications of adverse events showed significant correlation. The self-reporting of adverse events to the Rehabilitation Division also revealed significant correlation between the hospital levels. Conclusion: The results of our study can provide a reference for hospital management and physical therapists, giving recommendations to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in health care and improve medical quality.
