本研究目的主要是探討運動幸福感在心理技能與生活適應的中介效應。研究參與者為國立體育大學甲組運動員,包括247位男性及113位女性。本研究包括三種測量工具:運動心理技能量表(五個分量表)、運動幸福感量表(二個分量表)及臺灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷(四個分量表)。研究結果顯示:經由多元階層迴歸分析法發現,運動幸福感是心理技能與生理健康、社會關係及環境的完全中介變項,是心理技能與心理範疇的部分中介變項。本研究結論:本研究發現運動員有較好的心理技能,就會有比較好的生活適應能力,這是因為心理技能提升了運動員的運動幸福感。因此,教練不僅要教導運動員心理技能,更要協助他們獲得運動中的幸福感,以擁有更好的生活適應能力。最後,本研究依據研究結果,提出心理技能、運動幸福感、生活適應及未來研究的建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of well-being in sport on psychological skills and life adjustment. Two hundred forty-seven male and one hundred-thirteen female athletes from different types of athletic teams of National Taiwan Sport University were participated. In this study Athletic Psychological Skills Inventory (5 subscales), The Well-being in Sport Scale (2 subscales) and WHO Questionnaire on Quality of Life: BREFF-Taiwan Version (4 domains) were used. Hierarchical regression analyses were used to determine the statistical differences. The results of this study indicated that all effects among psychological skills and physical health, social relationship, and environment were full mediated by the sport well-being. However, the effects between psychological skills and psychological domain were partially mediated by sport well-being. Therefore, this study concludes that collegiate athletes, who have better psychological skills would enhance the well-being in sport, and then increase the level of physical health, social relationship and environment. Results of this study provided suggestions for psychological skills, sport well-being and life adjustment, and future relevant research issues are discussed.
