本研究目的主要是分析高水準跆拳道女子46公斤以下四強賽的攻擊技術特徵。實地錄影光州世界大學運動會跆拳道女子46公斤以下四強賽的3場比賽過程,利用錄影觀察法取得紀錄數據,卡方進行分析。研究結果顯示:一、四強選手攻擊型態以前腳為主(79%),踢擊部位以中端為主(81%);二、中華臺北選手(第一名)得分動作集中於右前腳滑步側踢(得分率6.25%),泰國選手(第二名)和賽普勒斯選手(第三名),得分動作均為右後腳下壓(得分率42.86%、50.00%),韓國選手(第三名)雖無得分,主要攻擊動作為旋踢;三、四強選手不同攻擊型態與攻擊技術的差異,在側踢、連續側踢及滑步側踢等動作皆呈現顯著性差異,第一名選手在這些動作的得分率更優於其他選手。本研究結論:選手皆屬於主動攻擊型選手,攻擊型態以前腳中端攻擊為主,主要攻擊技術動作為旋踢,得分動作為下壓,雖然上端高得分攻擊動作是目前比賽的得分趨勢及輸贏關鍵,但是善用自己本身的優勢動作與條件,對贏得比賽也是重要的。
The main purpose of this study was to analyze the features of attack tactics among the semifinals of top women taekwondo players under 46 kg. This study recorded videos from 3 semifinal games in Gwangju Summer Universiade. After recording, categorized data were used for comparison using Chi-Square Test. The main results were as follows: (1) Players most frequently used the forefoot (79%) attack and hitting target at middle section (81%) motions to attack other players in semifinals. (2) The main attack pattern among Chinese Taipei players (Gold Medal) is sliding side kick with right foot forward (scoring average 6.25%), whereas the players of Thailand (Silver Medal) and Cyprus (Bronze Medal) scored by downward kick with right foot backward (respective scoring average 42.86% and 50.00%), and players of Korea (Bronze Medal) took spin kick as main attacking motion although they didn’t score. (3) Different types of attacking motions, such as side kick, consecutive side kick, and sliding side kick shows significant differences among players in semifinal. Furthermore, the gold medalist has scored better than others on above attacking types. This study concludes that all players were active in attack. Main attacking type was by the forefoot and targeting at middle section, main tactics was spin kick, and the scoring type was downward kick. Although the attacking tactics targeting at high level have been main trend and key points of the game, understanding of how to play with the attacking tactics of self-strength is also important for winning the game.
