摘要

跨國企業與歐洲經濟整合是國際經濟領域中的兩大研究主題。本研究旨在分析亞洲多國籍企業在歐洲聯盟的直接投資行為，特別以日本為主要研究對象。本文利用描述性統計分析與歷史文獻分析來探討亞洲企業在歐洲聯盟投資的概況，並分析日本企業在歐洲投資的演進、投資動機及其主要的投資地區與產業分佈情形。

The multinational enterprises (MNEs) and European economic integration are the two research topics in international economic arena. This paper analyzes the direct investment activities by Asian MNEs in European Union, especially by Japanese MNEs. The paper explores the inventive situation of Asian MNEs in Europe by applying descriptive statistics and by reviewing historical literature. Then, this paper further investigates the evolution, the motivation, and the regional and sectoral distribution of Japanese direct investment in European Union.
