After scoring, three raters discussed every PEMAT item and reached a consensus score. Result: The score of PEMAT from twenty education videos are 42.9%-100%. The score of understandability are 45.5%-100%, and the score of actionability are all 100% except one is 33%. Assessing the understandability by every item that shows three items: "Medical terms are used only to familiarize audience with the terms. When used, medical terms are defined"、"The material provides a summary" and "Text on the screen is easy to read" can achieve only 50%-70%. Conclusion: The research materials show good actionability, but some items don't conform at understandability. A systematic evaluation the education videos by using PEMAT can provide nursing staff to have a reference to choice better education videos, and it also can improve the quality of teaching.
