企業組織型態的改變因素-理論觀點

Changing Factors of Organizational Structure-Theoretical Viewpoint

摘要


企業組織型態的轉變由U型、H型轉為M型,後再衍生出不同的組織結構,本文認為說明組織型態改變的因素,必須從組織結構配置(協調)、產權制度(激勵)及知識類型三者結合的觀點來檢視,方能說明不同的組織型態有其不同的存在因素與維繫制度。最後本文提出省思,認為工業企業同樣只是資本主義的過渡型式之一。

The transformation of enterprise organization structure changed from U-type and H-type to M-type, and then derived different organizational structures. This paper argues that the factors that describe organizational changes must be fitted by organizational structure/type, property rights system (incentive) and knowledge ownership. And the combination of the three types of knowledge to examine, in order to explain that different organizational types have different existential factors and maintenance systems. Finally, this paper proposes that industrial enterprises are just one of the transitional forms of capitalism.
