本研究旨在瞭解國內大學生休閒參與、休閒滿意與主觀幸福感之關係,根據相關文獻回顧發現,當人們休閒參與頻率較高時,或是獲得較高程度的休閒滿意時,人們對於整體生活品質會有較高的滿意度,而主觀幸福感是預測生活品質的主要指標之一。因此,本研究採用問卷調查法,使用休閒參與、休閒滿意與主觀幸福感三個量表,以國內8所公私立大學院校共計406名在學生為研究對象。而後以典型相關進行資料分析與解釋。研究結果發現:大學生在休閒參與、休閒滿意與主觀幸福感三個概念上兩兩之間有典型相關存在。最後,研究者根據研究結果針對休閒教育及未來研究方向提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between undergraduate students' leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and subjective well-being. According to the literature review, those participated leisure activities with more frequency or with higher level of leisure satisfaction would be more satisfied with their quality of life. In addition, subjective well-being was one of the significant predictors for people's quality of life. Therefore, the researchers took the method of survey. The scales of ”leisure participation”, ”leisure satisfaction”, and ”subjective well-being” were used. There were total 406 undergraduate students from eight public or private universities or colleges as participants. Canonical correlation analysis was employed to examine the collected data. According to the results, there were canonical correlation between leisure participation and leisure satisfaction, leisure participation and subjective well being, leisure satisfaction and subjective well being. Also, the researchers made some suggestions for the following research and future leisure education for undergraduate students in the hope to make this study more contributive.
