冒險教育課程對國中曲棍球選手生活效能及團隊凝聚力之影響

Influence of Adventure Education Courses on Life Effectiveness and Group Cohesion among Junior High School Hockey Players

摘要


目的:旨在探討冒險教育課程介入,對國中曲棍球隊選手生活效能與團隊凝聚力之影響。方法:採準實驗設計,以屏東縣兩所國中曲棍球隊選手為對象,其中一所學校選手作為實驗組(30位)參與冒險教育課程,另一所學校選手則為控制組(20位)。以生活效能(包括:時間管理、情緒控制、成就動機、社交領導、自信心、主動積極性6個構面) 與團隊凝聚力 (團隊適應、人際親和、人際吸引、團隊合作、冒險團隊凝聚5個構面)兩量表進行前、後測,並採用SPSS 19.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行「描述性統計」、「相依樣本t檢定」、「獨立樣本單因子共變數分析」與「效果量」之資料分析。結果:實驗組參與者之生活效能及其6個構面 (時間管理、情緒控制、成就動機、社交領導、自信心、主動積極性) 與團隊凝聚力及其5個構面 (團隊適應、人際親和、人際吸引、團隊合作、冒險團隊凝聚),後測分數均優於控制組參與者,並達到統計上顯著水準(p< .05)。結論:冒險教育課程介入,能夠增進國中曲棍球隊選手之生活效能與團隊凝聚力。最後,研究者提出建議,希冀能夠提供學校運動代表隊訓練及後續研究者參考。

Purpose: To explore the influence of adventure education courses on life effectiveness and group cohesion among junior high school hockey players. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was implemented at two junior high schools in Pingtung County, Taiwan. One group was the experimental group (30 field hockey players from one school) and the other was the control group (20 field hockey players from the other school). Life effectiveness and group cohesion scales were used to measure the performance of adventure education courses. The collected data were analyzed using a dependent sample t test and one-way analysis of covariance and the effect size through SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Results: The experimental group exhibited higher performance on the five dimensions of the life effectiveness scale (i.e., emotional control, achievement motivation, social competence, self-confidence, and active initiative) and five subscales of the group cohesion scale (i.e., "attraction to group-social orientation" [ATG-S], "group integration-task orientation" [GI-T], "attraction to group-task orientation" [ATG-T], "group integration-social orientation" [GI-S], and "adventure group cohesion") than did the control group, yielding a significant difference (p < .05). Conclusion: Adventure education courses could exert positive effects in terms of life effectiveness and group cohesion among field hockey players from junior high schools. Based on the research conclusion, this paper proposes some recommendations and suggestions for school administrators, player training, and directions for future research.
