Application of Foresight Hybrid MCDM Models as Tactics to Enhance Participation in Recreational Sports for College Students

應用前瞻性之混合多評準決策模型提升大學生休閒運動餐與之策略

摘要


Purpose: The aim of this study was to enhance the participation of college students in recreational sports. Accordingly, the study developed a foresight hybrid multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model to improve the interconnected relationships between the dimensions, criteria, and weights of recreational sports and determine the most desired recreational sports. Methods: The decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method was used along with the analytic network process (ANP) (DEMATEL-based ANP) to develop an MCDM model and calculate the weights of the assessment criteria. Finally, the simple additive weighting performance-ranking method was used to select the best alternatives. Results: The results revealed that among the seven assessment criteria, psychological and entertainment factors were most crucial, followed by the physical condition; therefore, psychological and entertainment factors should be considered during the planning of a recreational sports program. The most selected recreational sports category was "competition sports," followed by "adventure sports" and "fitness sports." Overall, the results revealed that the external environment was the dimension that required the most improvement. Conclusions: To improve college students' participation in recreational sports, psychological and entertainment factors should be considered and competition sports should be emphasized. Furthermore, improving the external environment to reduce problems or gaps should be considered with recreational sports participation to achieve the aspired levels.

目的:提升大學生休閒運動參與,因此建立前瞻性之混合多評準決策模型,找出影響休閒運動之內在個人構面、外在環境構面、影響因素之關聯性及權重,並選出最佳休閒運動類型。方法:以混合式多評準決策法,結合決策實驗室分析法及網絡分析法,計算評選準則之權重,最後使用簡易加權績效排序法,選出最佳替選方案。結果:選擇休閒運動七個影響因素中,心理及趣味因素為規劃休閒運動最重要的考量因素,隨後為身體因素。在休閒運動類型的選擇,最佳為「競技型運動」,其次是「冒險運動」及「體適能運動」,外在環境為需改善之影響構面。結論:相關單位,可針對心理及趣味因素,擬定促進策略,並改善其外在環境構面,同時推廣「競技型運動」,來促進大學生休閒運動的參與,以達到所預期的水準。
