品質機能展開法應用於旅館服務業之服務品質研究－以2008日月潭鐵人三項為例

摘要

日月潭近年來舉辦許多運動觀光相關活動，包括：如日月潭泳渡、鐵人三項、輕艇、馬拉松與自行車環湖比賽等，皆成功吸引國內外成千上萬的運動觀光客參與。有鑒於越來越多運動賽會選擇日月潭為比賽地點，本研究運用品質機能展開法，以問卷調查實證運動賽會中運動觀光客對住宿旅館品質要求與旅館品質技術間關連性，以協助旅館業者縮減運動觀光客與服務提供者間的差距。研究發現面對運動觀光客時，旅館前五項重要服務品質技術為「顧客關係管理」、「宣傳企劃」、「員工教育訓練」、「客房服務」與「賽會相關資訊服務」。日月潭地區旅館在迎接運動觀光客之際，可依本研究結果執行策略改善服務品質，贏得聲譽與形象，創造旅館永續經營商機。

Sports events have become the indispensable choice of promoting tourism in Sun Moon Lake; for example, swimming, kayaking, running and cycling which attract tens of millions of participants and spectators around the world. Thus, the purpose of this study was to explore the determinants and conditions of customer satisfaction with hotels for the event of 2008 Triathlon in Sun Moon Lake. This research employed Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and questionnaire survey to improve and identify problems associated with the quality of hotel services. The results showed that the top five service quality categories are ”customer relationship management”, ”promotion planning”, ”employee education training”, ”room service”, and ”sport event information service”. With the increasing awareness for sustainable business practices, these findings can be used to help enhance hotel services to meet customers' needs.
