高中職教師休閒參與型態與影響因素之研究

摘要

休閒參與是個體參與休閒活動的一種行為。本研究主要探討台灣高中職教師之休閒參與型態及休閒參與影響因素，研究不同社會人口變項之高中職教師在此二者上有無顯著差異，並分析二者間的相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法，以台灣高中職教師為對象，採用比例分層隨機抽樣之方式，以自行設計之「休閒參與影響因素問卷」進行資料蒐集。資料分析結果顯示，高中職教師的休閒參與影響因素可分為「生活態度因素」、「技能背景因素」、「責任義務因素」、「人際間因素」、「居住環境因素」、「活動可及性因素」、「休閒機會因素」、「物質財富因素」及「人口變項因素」，其中只有「責任義務因素」為阻礙因素，其他皆為促進因素；另外，不同社會人口變項之高中職教師於休閒參與型態及休閒參與影響因素中有多種顯著差異。研究結果可做為休閒研究和高中職教師休閒教育實務之參考。

Leisure participation is the act of individual participating in leisure activities. This study focuses on the leisure participation patterns and influence factors of high school teachers in Taiwan, and using the demographic variables to find the significant differences of leisure participation patterns and influence factors. In addition, this study also investigates the relationship between these two factors. This study uses self-designed questionnaires and proportionate stratified sampling for data collection. The findings show that there are a variety of significant differences in leisure participation patterns and influence factors with different demographic variables of the teachers. Theoretical and practical implications are suggested for high school teachers' leisure education.
