Hypodontia is not uncommon within general dental practice. Early diagnosis of hypodontia and development of treatment plan for different stages by multidisciplinary team benefit treatment outcome and improve patients' lives. This case report presents an early treatment of a 9-year-4-month-old girl who suffered from congenital absence of six permanent teeth (excluding the third molar). An interim removable partial denture was fabricated for maintenance of functional space and occlusion. Regular follow-up will continue until the end of craniofacial/skeletal growth, and then a definitive oral rehabilitation will be planned.
