Anterior crown fracture caused by dental trauma mainly affects children and adolescents, and contributes damage to function and esthetic. There are many options of treatment, such as, composite resin filling, veneer, crown and reattachment. Reattachment is a conservative, simple, esthetic and cost-effective treatment if the fragment is available. It should be the first option of anterior crown fracture, especially younger patients. We presented a case of 10-year-9-monthold boy which successfully restored anterior crown fractured tooth with reattachment, 1 year follow up remained stable.
