Molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH) is a common developmental dental defect of permanent teeth. Opaque lesions of anterior teeth may cause esthetic problems. Affected molars that quickly breakdown after eruption make the teeth symptomatic and susceptible to caries. This case report describes a case of MIH that stainless steel crowns (SSCs) were used for restoring affected posterior teeth and resin infiltration was applied for preventing further demineralization as well as improving esthetics. After following up of 14 months, all teeth were free of clinical symptoms and signs. Radiographic examinations showed no evidence of apical pathological changes. Appearances of treated anterior teeth were stable in color and esthetically acceptable.
