模糊多目標線性規劃導入循環經濟在水產加工副產物製程之應用

Application of Multi-Fuzzy Linear Planning Model with Circular Economy on Aquaculture By-Products Process

摘要


台灣每年加工許多水產品,殘存的副產物卻無有效利用。本研究主要整合養殖水產深加工與副產物利用,利用實際實驗設計加工製程,蒐集相關資料,建立多目標數學規劃模式。顧及深加工與副產物利用加工作業不確定因素對目標與參數變動之影響,進一步建構模糊多目標規劃模式,分析模式參數的適用性,並進行模式測試與敏感度分析。

There are huge by-products produced from manufacturing fish process but most of them were discarded in Taiwan yearly. Regarding the cost-effectiveness on viewpoint of circular economy, this article initially presents a multiple objective linear programming model (MOLP) in which deep processing of aquaculture with by-products is integrated. Regarding to the uncertainty of parameters related to objective functions, a fuzzy multiple objective linear programming model (FMOLP) is also formulated to analyze the model suitability and sensitivity.
