同儕領導行為對運動自信心來源之預測

The Predictive of Peer Leadership Behaviors on Sources of Sport-Confidence

摘要


目的:探討同儕領導行為對運動自信心來源的預測情形。方法:研究對象主要為團體運動項目的甲組運動員共276人,其中男性183人、女性93人,平均年齡20.20歲,標準差2.21歲;平均專項訓練時間7.21年,標準差3.67年,參與者完成同儕領導行為量表及運動自信心來源量表後,以逐步迴歸分析同儕領導對運動自信心的預測情形。結果:在同儕領導行為與運動自信心來源的相關情形方面,除了「外部領導」和「自我呈現」及「社會支持」無顯著相關外,其餘同儕領導行為皆與運動自信心來源呈正相關;在同儕領導行為對運動自信心來源的預測結果發現,除了「技術知覺」外,「任務領導」皆能顯著預測其他運動自信心來源,解釋變異量為1.3% ~ 12.2%;「個人才能」能夠顯著預測「技術知覺」、「生理準備」和「教練領導」,解釋變異量為10.6% ~ 15.2%;「社會領導」能夠顯著預測「教練領導」和「自我呈現」,解釋變異量為3.5% ~ 13.2%。結論:同儕領導行為中的「任務領導」、「社會領導」及「個人才能」可以正向預測運動自信心來源,研究結果可提供瞭解不同的同儕領導行為對運動自信心來源的影響。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the predictive of peer leadership behavior on Sources of Sport-Confidence. Methods: The participants were 276 college student-athletes, 183 males and 93 females from 8 sport teams with different sports. After received the informed consent, the participants were asked to complete questionnaire assessing peer leadership behavior and sources of confidence inventory for athletes, the data analysis was used Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. Results: Except for "external leadership," "physical self-presentation," and "social support," the results indicated a positive relationship between other peer leadership and sources of sportconfidence; The results of the predictive of peer leadership behavior on sources of sportconfidence, except for "skill/effort perception," "task leadership" explained 1.3% ~ 12.2% of the variance in other sources of sport-confidence; "personal talent" explained 10.6% ~ 15.2% in "skill/effort perception," "physical preparation" and "coach leadership;" "social leadership" explained 3.5% ~ 13.2% of the variance in "coach leadership" and "physical self-presentation." Conclusions: The "task leadership," "social leadership" and "personal talent" can positive predict sources of sport-confidence, the results offer we understand influence of different peer leadership on sources of sport-confidence.
