教練心靈領導對田徑選手心理資本、動機調整策略與運動表現之關係研究

Exploration of the Relationship between Coach’s Spiritual Leadership and Psychological Capital, Motivational Regulation Strategies and Exercise Performances Outcome of Track and Field Athletes

摘要


目的:本研究主要係藉由教練心靈領導行為,探討田徑選手心理資本、動機調整策略與運動表現之影響情形。方法:研究對象係以臺灣地區大專田徑選手為研究對象,共發放550份問卷,共獲得有效問卷479份。研究問卷採用心靈領導量表、心理資本量表、動機調整策略量表與運動表現量表。研究資料處理以線性結構方程模型探討構面間影響情形。結果:一、心靈領導對心理資本具有顯著正向影響;二、心靈領導對動機調整策略具有顯著正向影響;三、心理資本對於動機調整策略具有顯著正向影響;四、心理資本對於運動表現具有顯著正向影響;五、心靈領導透過心理資本對運動表現造成影響,所以心理資本扮有中介角色。結論:因此當教練以心靈領導行為帶領選手,對選手的心理資本及動機調整策略程度將會提升,進而提升選手之運動表現。

Purpose: The aim of this study focus on the relationship between coach’s spiritual leadership and psychological capital, motivational regulation strategies and exercise performances outcome of track and field athletes. Methods: The Spiritual Leadership Scale, psychological capital scale, motivational regulation strategies scale and exercise performances was used to collect the data. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed to the track and field athletes. After getting ride of ineffective questionnaires, 479 questionnaires were used to analyze in statistics. Results: (1) The major findings showed that there was strong positive relation between coach’s spiritual leadership and psychological capital; (2) There was strong positive relation between coach’s spiritual leadership and motivational regulation strategies; (3) There was strong positive relation between psychological capital and motivational regulation strategies; (4) There was strong positive relation between psychological capital and exercise performances outcome; (5) Coach’s spiritual leadership do positive effect to exercise performances outcome through psychological capital, the mediating role of psychological capital was found. Conclusions: If coach could use the spiritual leadership to manage the track and field athletes, it would rising the exercise performance through psychological capital and motivational regulation strategies.
