目的:為瞭解國中棒球隊員基礎體能與運動專項表現間的關係,提供加強體能訓練,提升運動專項表現之依據。方法:本研究以北部某縣市國中棒球隊應屆畢業球員55人(年齡14.85 ± 0.52歲,身高1.72 ± 0.05公尺,體重65.93 ± 9.70公斤)為受試者,調查基本資料,並測量基礎體能與運動專項表現。結果:基礎體能各參數顯示(包括10公尺折返跑、30公尺衝刺、5公斤藥球前向擲遠、插腰立定跳遠、坐姿體前彎、握力)間除了10公尺折返跑與坐姿體前彎間未達顯著相關之外,均呈顯著相關;而基礎體能各參數除了坐姿體前彎與運動專項表現各參數間未達顯著相關之外,亦與運動專項表現各參數(包括擊球速度、棒球擲遠、本壘衝刺一壘、繞壘一圈)間均呈顯著相關,因此國中棒球隊員的基礎體能越好,其運動專項表現也會越好。結論:本研究提供國中應屆畢業棒球隊員在基礎體能與運動專項表現的參考值,可作為教練監控與調整訓練效果的指標。
Purpose: To establish the relationship between physical fitness and performance in junior high school baseball players, in order to provide guidelines to their sport-specific fitness programs. Methods: Fifty-five junior high school 9th grade baseball players (Age: 14.85 ± 0.52 years, body height: 1.72 ± 0.05 m, body weight: 65.93 ± 9.70 kg) volunteered to participate in this study. Results: The subject characteristics, physical fitness parameters (10 m shuttle running, 30 m sprint, 5 kg medicine ball forward throwing, broad jump, sit and reach, and grip strength) and baseball-specific performance parameters (ball-batting velocity, throwing distance, sprint time to first base, and full-bases running) were measured and analyzed. The parameters of physical fitness were significantly correlated with each other apart from 10 m shuttle run and sit-bending, and were also significantly associated with the parameters of sport-specific performance, apart from sit-bending. Therefore, the higher physical fitness level leads to better baseball-specific performance. Conclusions: This investigation provides the reference information of physical fitness and baseball-specific performance in junior high school 9th grade baseball players, and this information can also be used to monitor players' training outcomes and to adjust training program.
