摘要

本篇回顧型文章主要探討目前國內桌球裁判現況，包含培訓、執法、能力及進修等問題，裁判角色攸關賽事的進行及比賽結果，其臨場執法的專業度與藝術性是衡量裁判水準高低的重要指標之一。近來發現桌球規則不斷的修改、賽事的頻繁、多樣化競賽組織形式的實施，促使桌球裁判的工作能力相對有了更高的要求，必須加速桌球裁判的養成及執法能力的提升。基此，本文探討目的希望以自身參與各級桌球裁判研習及執法實務累積經驗，並就相關文獻加以整理方式進行探討與分析當前桌球裁判現況，另剖析裁判在養成過程中應具備的能力與特質。最後，提出擔任裁判應注意事項及具體建議，供有關單位及有志從事桌球裁判工作者分享與參考，盼藉此研究能提升國內裁判各方面之成效。

This review article mainly discusses about the current situation of table tennis referees, including training, law enforcement, competencies and advanced studies. A referee plays an indispensable role in the process as well as the result of a match. The accuracy of a judgement on the spot is an important indicator of a referee's level. Recently, table tennis rules which modify along with time, frequent games and the variety of competitive forms make the match urgently require the professional competence of a referee, and it is necessary to speed up the development of table tennis referees and the improvement of their law enforcement abilities. Therefore, the current status of the referee, the abilities and characteristics a professional referee must possess in their development are discussed in the content which are based on the organization and analysis of the relevant information according to personal law enforcement practical experiences and the participations in the workshops of table tennis referees. Furthermore, this paper would also provide the precautions and the practical suggestions for the authorities concerned and those who intend to be a good referee. Expecting that this research would be helpful for the development of the domestic referees and the strictly enforcement of the rules.
