時文如何取法古文-以《蛟峰批點止齋論祖》為例

How a Writer Archaized the Examination Essays-a Study on "Jiao Feng Pi Dian Zhizhai Lun Zu"

摘要


本文旨在討論方逢辰《蛟峰批點止齋論祖》如何藉由評點陳傅良論體時文,指出時文取法古文的對象與方法,以及其文學史意義為何。論及對象,此書認為陳氏論體時文所取法集中在先秦與唐宋名家,特別是韓、柳、三蘇。論及方法,此書則認為陳氏論體時文從字句到篇章、論證到敘事等各方面學習古文。其批語亦體現時文和古文,可以在創作與批評有著共同美學追求。而大談時文以古文為法的同時,也不廢古今辨體。此書的文學史意義,在於保存文學史、文章學史史料,以及呈現宋元之際「時文取法古文」的內涵。

I purpose to study a book of Chen Fu Liang's(陳傅良) examination essays and Fang Feng Chen's (方逢辰) commentary , "Jiao Feng Pi Dian Zhizhai Lun Zu"(《蛟峰批點止齋論祖》) , to find out how a writer archaized the examination essays, and the mining in the literature history. Fang Feng Chen thought that Chen Fu Liang learned writers in pre - Qin and Tang, Song Dynasty, especially Han Yu(韓愈)、Liu Zong Yuan(柳宗元) and San Su(三蘇). Fang Feng Chen thought that Chen Fu Liang archaized the examination essays in many ways, such as: the way of words choosing, the way of organization of Writing, the way of narrative and demonstration. Fang Feng Chen's (方逢辰) commentary showed that there were a same criterion between examination essays and classical proses. Fang Feng Chen also can distinguish examination essays and classical proses. "Jiao Feng Pi Dian Zhizhai Lun Zu" helped to preserve the source of the history of chinese literature and "wen zhang xue"(文章學), let us know how a writer archaized the examination essays.
