高中體育班教育生態之個案研究

A Case Study of The Ecology by Senior High School Physical Education Majors

摘要


目的:透過教室生態的觀點,瞭解高中體育班教師及學生於課堂中教學、管理、學生社會三個任務系統之互動情形。方法:以臺北市某市立高中體育班一年級學生與授課教師為對象,透過參與觀察及訪談蒐集資料,並以教室生態系統的三個構面進行內容分析,透過三角檢核法確保資料信實度。結果:一、英文教師著重自身教學,對於學生上課行為疏於管理,造成放任制度的教室生態。二、國文教師著重學生紀律,嚴厲的管教造成學生的反抗,進而降低教學成效。三、運動傷害防護教師從實作練習的教學中,促進師生、學生間的互動,減少管理時間,增加學生操作練習的時間。結論:一、一般科目課程中,英文教師集中於教學而疏於管理學生上課行為,導致班級學習氣氛低落;國文教師過度注重管理,而引起學生反感導致教學無法順利進行。二、體育專業科目中,運動傷害防護教師著重實作教學,師生間的互動良好,減少管理時間提升學習效率。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the interaction of instructional, managerial and student social between teachers and students in senior high school athlete class. Methods: The participant is a class of first-year high school physical education majors in northern Taiwan. Based on data collected through participant observation and interviews, and according to three facets of ecology to content analysis. Results: 1. The English teacher focuses on her own teaching and less management on students' behaviour, resulting in the laissez-faire ecology. 2. The Chinese teacher focuses on students' discipline, and the strict discipline make students resist, thereby reducing the effectiveness of teaching. 3. The sports injury prevention teacher focuses on operation exercises, and that promote interaction between teacher and students, reduce the management time, increase students' practice time. Conclusion: 1. In the general subject curriculum, the English teacher focuses on teaching and neglect the students' behavior, which leads to the low class atmosphere. The Chinese teacher pays too much attention to the management, make students feel disgusted leading to teaching can't keep on smoothly. 2. In the sports subject, the sports injury protection teacher pays attention to the operation exercises, the interaction between teachers and students is good, and the management time is reduced to improve the learning efficiency.
