摘要

這十多年來，黃信恩以理性與感性寫下不少篇章的醫病書寫，既感性幽默又充滿人文關懷，深受文壇矚目。筆者擬以黃信恩新作《體膚小事》為探究對象，在這本散文集中，黃信恩主要透過三十二個人體器官來書寫看似小事、實則隱喻人生哲理，從頭髮寫起，繼而從臉到五官，以及胸腹腸胃乃至骨盆、軀幹四肢，無一不巧妙地縫織為筆下小品。本文將從敘事策略與敘事主題兩大面向分析，探討黃信恩散文中關於日常生活的感悟以及對生命本質的省思。

For the decades, Hsin-En Huang has completed a lot of rational and sensible medical writing, they are not only having sensual humor, but also full of humanistic care, attracts plenty of attention to the literary world. I intended to probe into Hsin-En Huang's new work ＂The Body Trivia＂. In this collection of essays, Hsin-En Huang mainly uses 32 human organs to describe that they seem small but are the metaphorical philosophy of life. It starts from the hair, to the facial features and the chest, stomach and pelvic limbs, all are cleverly becoming the sketch of this collection of essays. This paper will analysis narrative strategy and it's theme, to research the sentiment of everyday life and the reflection of the essence of life in this Hsin-En Huang's collection of essays.
