摘要

人生無常，世事難料，看似長遠，消逝一眨眼。正所謂「命理一尺，難求一丈。」究竟難料世事，無常人生，如何化解？生死的意義與價值，真相為何？乃是人生的重要功課，亦是提倡生命教育的關鍵議題。劉梓潔〈父後七日〉一文以黑色幽默手法療癒喪父之痛，更在電影完成後說：「我真的覺得完成了人生功課，跟父親、跟故鄉已經和解，這五年也夠了，下一個生命的功課，還在等待著我。」究竟劉梓潔如何療癒自己，勸誡世人。本文試圖從〈父後七日〉一文探尋劉梓潔對死亡的體悟與反思，再由學生閱讀此文後對死亡的反應與回饋，來檢視死亡對學生之啟發，進而提出對生命教育的省思與建議，學習破除喜生怕死的執著，化悲傷為力量，建立正向且豁達的人生觀。

Life is impermanent and full of uncertainties; it seems long-lasting but can disappear in the blink of an eye. Indeed, it is impossible to ask for something more than it was given by life. What is the resolution for an impermanent life full of uncertainties? What is the meaning and value of life and death? To answer these questions is an important mission of life and a key issue in promoting life education. In the article titled ＂ 7 Days in Heaven ＂, Essay Liu alleviated her own sorrow at her father's death with black humor. After finishing the film, she said, ＂I really feel that I have completed my homework of life, and I have reconciled with my father and my hometown. It is enough for this five years. The next lesson of life is still waiting for me.＂ How did she cure herself and exhort the world? This article attempts to explore Essay Liu's reflection on and understanding of death from ＂7 Days in Heaven＂, and to review students' inspiration by death from their response and feedback after they read Liu's article. This article further brings forward the reflection on and suggestions of life education: learning to disrupt one's inclination to like the alive and detest the dead, transform sorrow into strength, and establish a forward and open-minded outlook of life.
