集合式住宅之結構分析探討

Discussion on the structure analysis of collective houses

摘要


臺灣屬於地震帶地區,人們越來越重視的工程安全以往用RC(鋼筋混泥土)作為建築物抗震的主要結構,但在921集集大地震之後,發現結構無法達到有效的抗震效果,因此人類研究出許多不同的結構型態,來提高建築物的耐震效果。在集合住宅的材料上我們選用了RC(鋼筋混泥土),並且藉此次機會加以了解將探討RC(鋼筋混泥土)結構在設計空間規劃與造型設計的變化,以及較弱的結構系統該如何將其改善,如何讓整體結構更完整,對建築物整體的抗震效果更佳。我們將以模型去研究結構上問題再則,將其問題改善做出一個結構形式良好的集合住宅。將改善之模型和原本之模型做比較,已明確地透過製作模型的方式,以期待了解結構上的問題出自於何處,及其如何改善。從這次的集合住宅改良中,解決了設計一直疑慮的地方,是我在設計集合住宅中最想解決的一塊。空橋的穩定處理,加入桁架的結構系統穩定了許多。也讓整著建築增加了許多風貌。

Taiwan is part of the earthquake zone, people pay more and more attention to engineering safety used RC (reinforced concrete) as the main seismic structure of buildings, but after 921 sets of large earthquakes, found that the structure can not achieve effective seismic effect, so humans have studied many different structural patterns to improve the building's earthquake-resistant effect. We used RC (reinforced concrete) for the materials of the assembled house. And take this opportunity to understand will discuss the RC (reinforced concrete) structure in the design of space planning and design changes, as well as the weak structure of the system how to improve it, how to make the overall structure more complete, the overall seismic effect of the building better. We will take the model to study structural problems and then, improve the problem to make a good structure of the collective housing. By comparing the improved model with the original model, it is clear that the way in which the structural problems originate and how they can be improved is clearly done through modelling. From this collection of housing improvements, the solution to the design has always been suspicious of the place, I am in the design of the house of the most want to solve a piece. With the stabilization of the empty bridge, the structure system with truss is stabilized. It also adds a lot of style to the whole building.
