本研究目的旨在探討大學生的睡眠品質現況並比較其差異。以東吳大學修習籃球課程學生(男生83人、女生102人)為研究對象,平均年齡為20.24±1.77歲;身高167.08±8.37公分;體重62.05±14.26公斤。以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)為研究工具,測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定等統計方法,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、在運動參與行為方面,每週運動3-4次(54.1%)、每次運動時間在61-120分鐘(55.1%)、每次運動強度在普通累或有點累(70.3%)。二、整體睡眠品質總分為5.32±2.62分,其中睡眠品質良好(PSQI≦5)者佔58.4%。三、男生睡眠總分5.52±2.95分高於女生的5.17±2.32分,睡眠總分比較上達顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:東吳大學籃球課學生的運動參與行為值得鼓勵,但對於有82.2%的學生曾經使用藥物來幫助睡眠,學校及相關單位應該要重視這個問題並協助解決,希望本研究結果能提供教學單位及未來研究上之參考。
This study aimed to explore students' sleep quality and to compare the differences in them. A total of 185 students include 83 males and 102 females, average age is 20.24±1.77 years, average high is 167.08±8.37 cm, and average weight is 62.05±14.26 kg of the department of sports, health and leisure, Tatung Institute of Technology are participated in the study. The research instruments used were Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The data acquired were processed by SPSS for windows 18.0 software. Description Statistics and Chi-square test was used for statistic study. The significant level was set as α= .05. The results demonstrated are as follows. 1).The frequency of exercise is 3-4 times a week (54.1%) , 61-120 minutes each exercise (55.1%), and exercise intensity between a little tired and tired (70.3%). 2).Total sleep quality score is 5.32±2.62, including good sleep quality (PSQI≦5) is 58.4%. 3).Total sleep quality score of male is 52±2.95 higher than female 5.17±2.32. There is a significant difference (p<.05) between sleep score. In conclusion, the sports participation behavior of students in Soochow University is worth encouraging. However, there were 82.2% of the students had been to use drugs to help sleep that school and related organizations should pay attention to solve this problem. The results of this study can provide a reference for teaching of physical education and related research in the future.
