A study on the evaluation indicators for university environmental education practice sites in National Park of China

建設中國國家公園大學環境教育實踐場域之評選系統

摘要


The purpose of this study is to utilize the Delphi technique and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methods to construct the indicator selection system of the NPC for the practice site of university environmental education and the results used the basis for effectiveness evaluation. From this research, some theories and researches suggested that the relevant theories of environmental education were collected and analyzed as the research framework foundation. The Delphi method expert questionnaire was used as the research tool to preliminarily visit the opinions of 13 experts and integrate the indicator framework of the NP as the practice site of university environmental education to obtain 4 dimensions and 14 indicators. Then, nine experts were re-selected to check the suitability of the indicator system constructed. Experts agree on three indicators "interpretation of educational facilities (16.4%)", "skills and participation (15.8%)", "thematic interpretation (10.7%)" and "overall environment construction (10.7%). Therefore, this paper proposes that through the cooperation of several universities and NP in China, the local resources were integrated, the outdoor practice and theoretical education were combined to increase the richness and diversity of the activity curriculum, so as to improve the experience of environmental movement.

本文藉由德爾菲調查法與AHP,建構中國國家公園作為大學環境教育實習地的指標評選系統,作為成效檢核之依據。首先搜集研析環境教育相關理論為研究架構基礎,利用「德爾菲法專家問卷」為研究工具,初步探訪13位專家之意見,彙整國家公園作為大學環境教育實習地的指標框架,獲得4項構面及14個指標。接著,重新選擇9位專家對所建構的指標系統進行適切性檢核。前三項指標為「服務網路串連(16.4%)」、「行動技能(15.8%)」、「主題式解說(10.7%)」及「環境營造(10.7%)」在專家問卷中具有高度一致性。可藉由數個大學與國家公園合作聯盟,對在地資源進行整合,利用戶外實習與理論教育的結合,增加活動課程豐富性、多元性,以提高環境行動的經驗。
