競爭情境對國小肥胖學童體重控制之影響

Effect of competitive situation on weight control of obese students

摘要


目的:本研究利用十週體重控制課程來探討競爭情境塑造能否增進肥胖學童體適能表現、飲食控制自我效能與運動行為自我效能。方法:研究對象來自80位國小肥胖學童(M = 10.91歲;SD = 0.74歲)經由家長同意自願參與體重控制課程,並隨機分配至實驗組(配戴健康手環和接受競爭情境操弄)與控制組。結果:所有同學在體適能後測表現上均能優於前測成績,其中實驗組的仰臥起坐表現得比控制組好。結論:依研究結果顯示競爭情境的確能增進國小肥胖學童體適能成績表現,亦能提供學生體位異常改善的體重控制課程使用。

Purpose: this research was to explore the effects of competition shaping could have on the fitness performance using diet control self-efficacy and exercise behavior self-efficacy within ten weeks of weight control courses among obese children,. Method: 80 obese primary school students (M = 10.91 yr., SD = 0.74 yr.) were participants. All of them were voluntarily and randomly assigned to the experimental group (wearing a healthy bracelet and accept competitive context manipulation) and control group with the consent of parents to participate in weight control courses. Result: the post score of all participants performed better than their previous test scores. The sit up of the experimental group performed better the control group. Conclusion: according to the results of the study, it shows that the competitive situation can improve the performance of the small adolescent children's physical fitness performance, but also can provide students with abnormal body weight control curriculum.
