企業文化是服務業成功要件。本研究探討企業文化對正向組織行為和工作表現之影響,針對台灣國際觀光旅館業為對象,並於2017年8月份至9月份為期兩個月,採用實體紙本問卷方式進行問卷資料蒐集,合計13家旅館,共發放307份,有效問卷250份,回收率81%,回收後問卷進行統計資料分析。綜合實證研究結果發現:(一)旅館業企業文化顯著影響員工正向組織行為;(二)旅館業從業人員的正向組織行為顯著影響工作表現;(三)旅館業企業文化顯著影響工作表現;及(四)旅館業從業人員的正向組織行為對企業文化與工作表現有部分中介效果。本研究根據研究之結果提供相關建議未來相關研究的參考。
Corporate culture is one of the critical factor in the success of the hotel industry. This study investigated the effect of corporate culture on positive organizational behavior and job performance. This study was conducted by distributing paper questionnaires employees working in the hotel industry from August to September 2017. In total, this study collected 307 samples from 13 hotels with 250 valid samples for further analysis. The results showed that corporate culture has a significant positive impact on the positive organizational behavior of employees and job performance. In addition, positive organizational behavior also significantly influences job performance while positive organizational behavior also has a partial mediating effect between corporate culture and job performance. Based on the research findings, this study suggested implications for hotel human resource practice and future research.
