金門縣新住民自由時間管理、休閒參與及休閒阻礙之研究

A Study of Free Time Management, Leisure Participation, and Leisure Constraints of New Residents in Kinmen County

摘要

本研究目的以金門縣新住民為研究對象，瞭解新住民人口統計變項之現況，探討不同背景變項新住民在自由時間管理、休閒參與及休閒阻礙間的差異，以及分析新住民自由時間管理、休閒參與及休閒阻礙三者之間的關聯性。針對金門地區288位新住民運用問卷調查發進行研究，統計方法運用因素分析、單因子多變量分析以及皮爾遜相關分析。結果顯示年齡、來台年數、職業狀態、小孩數目、最小孩子年齡、平均月收入、最常使用的交通工具在自由時間管理、休閒活動參與、休閒阻礙多變量變異數分析均具有顯著差異。建議調整個人自由時間以及積極管理控制，提升休閒活動參與的意願，降低休閒阻礙的變數，調配自由時間排除阻礙參與休閒活動。

The purpose of this study was to investigated the new residents in Kinmen as the research subjects, in order to understand the basic information of new residents, explore the differences in vary backgrounds new residents in free time management, leisure participation, and leisure constraints, and also analysis the correlations among free time management, leisure participation, and leisure constraints. The questionnaires were sampling 288 new residents in Kinmen, the statistics methodologies were factor analysis, one-way MONAVA, and Pearson's relationships analysis. The results reveled that there were significant difference among ages, years of coming to Taiwan, occupations, numbers of kid, age of little kid, monthly averages income, transportations in free time management, leisure participation, and leisure constraints. The recommendations were adjust the individual's free time and control positively, rise the welling of recreation activities participations, reduce the variables of leisure constraints, allocate the free time and remove constraints to participate leisure activities.
